Bioenergetic testing is a non-invasive way of discovering and addressing root causes of chronic symptoms/illness at the cellular level. Bioenergetic testing helps pinpoint areas where toxins (think bacteria, viruses, chemicals, mold, etc) have made the body weak, and then finds remedies to gently eliminate those toxins and support areas of stress to allow the body to heal.

The cells in our bodies store an immense amount of information. Just about everything we come into contact with daily is stored within our cells - including toxins, sensitivities, viruses, etc. Hair follicles grow from blood vessels that contain information from up to six years past, and this hair holds your bioenergetic patterns. The informational patterns the hair holds can include resonating toxins, nutrients, and cellular stress throughout the body. Like hair, saliva glands secrete useful biological information about hormones, allergies, and infections. From a bioenergetic standpoint, saliva also holds the patterns to test for things like sensitivities, toxins, and hormones. Hair and saliva tests are one of the most popular bioenergetic testing methods because they have the means to provide a comprehensive overview of the body and how well its energetic pathways are working together, without being overly intrusive.

Our easy to use scan kit includes a detailed instruction manual to ensure you collect the highest quality samples and send them correctly to our testing facility. Here's how it works:

Cheek Swab:

1. Please swab first thing in the morning, or at least 20 minutes away from food and mint, including toothpaste! Don't worry, we won't judge.
2. Twist cap to break seal, remove swab from tube, and swab inside both cheeks to saturate with saliva. Place swab back inside tube and press firmly to "click."
3. Write your first and last name on the tub and drop it in the pre-labeled return envelope.

Hair/Nail Sample:

1. Cut roughly one teaspoon of hair and place into hair sample bag. Any hair on the body will do. Yes, any hair.
2. No hair? No problem! Nail clippings work too.
3. Write your first and last name on the sample bag and drop it in the pre-labeled return envelope.

Results typically take 2-3 weeks once we receive your samples at our testing facility.

Hi! We're Josh, Erin, and Laura, Ruti's co-founders. We started Ruti because, frankly, we needed to. After battling chronic illness for years, we found bioenergetic testing and it completely changed everything we thought we knew about health and healing.
